Mr. Michael Chileshe is a Graduate of the University of Salford UK and has 25 years of Post Graduate experience. He is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and was in the past a Board member for the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (QSRB).

Mr. Chileshe is currently the President of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia. He has also served on the Board of the National Council for Construction NCC from 2014 to 2020 and is a Trained Trainer in Corporate Governance with the Institute of Directors Zambia (IoDZ).

Mr. Chileshe is currently a Technical Advisor and Director with the African Future College, and he is the Chairperson of the Technical Committee of the African Future College Limited Board.
