Eng. Francis Mwape serves as the Executive Director and Principal of African Future College Limited (AFCL). He is a Fellow of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ), Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers and has been a Trustee of Built It International since 2009.

Eng. Mwape has over 30 years of working experience in both Private and Public Sectors in Zambia.

He holds a Master of Business Administration [International] from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Northern Jiaotong University, China.
